We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health data) through this website. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your inquiry unless it is necessary for your request.

- Legal requirements — we may disclose data where required by law, court order, or a competent regulatory authority.
We do not share inquiry data with ATCC, LGC Standards, or other suppliers unless you ask us to as part of an active order process.
5. International transfers
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, and inquiry emails are processed through Google Workspace. These providers may process data outside Kenya. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those service providers.

We retain inquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage an ongoing business relationship, or meet legal, regulatory, or accounting obligations — typically up to seven (7) years for business records unless a longer period is required by law.
